How does it work?

1. The application is submitted through a single portal and payment is made through the bank's cash desks;
2. Visit the relevant Center of Public Services with the originals of the passport, old driver's license, coupon and receipt of payment;
3. Take a picture at the Center for Public Services for the certificate (or it is possible to get the picture from the database of individuals, ie the picture in the passport is automatically placed on the certificate);
4. A personal signature and a new certificate are obtained.
