SINGLE MOTHERS ARE EXEMPTED FROM A CERTAIN INCOME TAX.

✅ According to Article 380 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, single mothers with two or more children under the age of sixteen are paid for each month in the month in which the income is received is exempt from income tax on income in the amount of 1,41 times the minimum amount of payment (1 soums). This benefit is granted to each child on the basis of a certificate issued by the civil registry office.

✏️ If we translate the above norm into simple language, for example, you are a single mother and have two children under the age of 16. Let's say you get one million soums a month and you don't pay income tax at all. Even if you receive 1 soums a month, you will not pay income tax. If you earn more than 297 soums a month, you will only pay income tax on the part of your salary that exceeds this amount. For example, if you receive two million soums a month, it means that you pay income tax on the part of your salary that exceeds 200 soums, ie 1 soums.
