➖The patient rarely shows the area of pain by placing his fist on the sternum
? ⚕️First aid and treatment:
⛔️In stable angina:
➖Nitroglycerin-0.5 mg til til
➖isosorbide dinitrate-5 mg up to 5 times every 3 minutes
➖Nitroglycerin aerosol up to 1 times in 2-3 breaths
➖Nifedipine 0.01 and metaprolol 5 mg sublingually or chewable under the control of the use of contraindications to the use of nitrates
⛔️In unstable angina:
➖Sedation of the first patient
➖Nitroglycerin 0.0005 1-2 tablets under the tongue or 1-2 doses of aerosol
➖analgin 50% —4 ml. m / o or v / i
➖baralgin 5ml. m / o or v / i
➖Aspirin 325 mg for chewing
➖10 000 units of heparin v / i is administered subcutaneously every 4-6 hours in 5000 units
➖ In case of suspicion of myocardial infarction streptokinase is prescribed in 1500000 units (alteplase or streptodecase)
? Nitroglycerin is used to differentiate angina from myocardial infarction. Myocardial infarction can be suspected if there is no pain within 30 minutes after administration of nitroglycerin and the patient does not feel well.
