What is stress?

Prevention and treatment of stress.
It is well known that there is no better medicine than good sleep. So you need to think about how you sleep. Here are some tips to help improve sleep.
✔Regular exercise is a great help for normal sleep. It is recommended to do them outdoors, two hours before bedtime.
✔You can take a hot bath before bed and listen to quiet music. Try to do this every day.
✔The body needs a hormone called melatonin for normal and healthy sleep. It increases after the intake of the hormone B group vitamins, which are abundant in rice, wheat, barley, pistachio seeds, dried apricots.
