✅ According to the Regulations on the passport system in the Republic of Uzbekistan:
Passport is replaced in the following cases:
- expiration of the passport;
- change of surname, name, patronymic;
- when changing nationality, year of birth;
- when confusion in the records is detected;
- when filling out the forms for visas and special marks;
- when it becomes unusable.
