• Enterprises are divided into categories;
• A separate tax regime will be introduced for entrepreneurs starting by categories;
From January 2023, 1:
• enterprises that have changed from small to medium business will pay only 50% of profit tax for two years;
• 50% of property insurance costs are covered by the state;
• simplified tax, financial and statistical reports will be introduced;
a 20% quota is set for public procurement, and 50% of the funds are paid in advance (actually 15%) within the scope of these procurements.
• VAT rate will be reduced;
• Debts of 2 trillion soums calculated according to the increased tax rates of entrepreneurs will be waived;
• 20 trillion soums will be allocated to small business projects;
• Property protection of entrepreneurs will be strengthened;
• The practice of freezing property during the investigation will change;
• A 3-year moratorium on the introduction of new liability and punitive measures against entrepreneurs will be announced;
• Penalties related to tax audits will be eased;
• The Chamber of Commerce will be strengthened;
• Community Council and new title.
