It is very easy to change the interface of Telegram Messenger to Uzbek: Settings → Language → Uzbek (Settings → Language → Uzbek).

The Uzbek language is now officially available in Telegram clients designed for Android and iOS systems. The Telegram Desktop app for laptops and PCs will soon have this feature as well.
