THERE IS A BONUS FOR PAYING THE ADMINISTRATIVE FINE WITHIN 15 DAYS.
⚡️QUESTION;
Is it true that I have heard that a person who has paid 15 per cent of the administrative fine within 70 days may not pay the remaining 30 per cent?
⚡️ANSWER;
According to Article 332-1 of the Code of Administrative Liability, if the offender voluntarily pays seventy percent of the fine within fifteen days from the date of the decision to impose a fine on him, he shall be liable to a fine. the rest are exempted from payment.
❗️This discount does not apply to the following cases;
👉 When a court imposes a fine for an administrative offense;
👉 When the decision to impose a fine is appealed or protested;
👉 When the same offense is repeated within one year after the imposition of an administrative penalty.
✏️ What does that mean?
Here, if the administrative fine is imposed on you by any out-of-court body, you can pay 15% of the fine within 70 days.
If the fine is imposed by the court, the remaining 100 percent will be forgiven.
❗️There is a point where the issue needs special attention! That is, you have been given 15 days to make a voluntary payment but what happens if the penalty arrives to you 15 days later? Article 332-1 above states that from the date of the DECISION. Instead of trying to recover, they wallow in their sadness and thus, experience more failure.
