Time management. 10 reasons why we can’t achieve anything

SHARE WITH FRIENDS:

The phrase "time is money" has lost its relevance in the XXI century. Time cannot be earned, stolen or borrowed from a bank. It is priceless, and time management is a prerequisite for success.
We all sometimes complain that we can’t achieve anything. Today on Gooper.uz we will inform you about 10 main mistakes that prevent us from using our time properly.
1. We don’t dream
Why should we focus on our time now, if we don’t have a dream. The luckiest people who have achieved truly great results have dreamed from the bottom of their hearts like young children. Saving every minute, to make their dreams come true.
2. We do not plan in advance
We are used to planning our work day because that’s what we need to do. The rest of the time passes by itself and carelessly. To make our free time meaningful and memorable, we must use it carefully and sparingly.
3. We don’t do what we need to do
We always start with things that need to be done quickly and are not important. With this, we always put off the necessary work and in the end we do not have time for anything. Use the Eisenhower Matrix, select only the most important ones. Then you will learn how to do less and achieve more.
4. We do not follow the agenda
Do we sit up until midnight, live like a zombie during the day, sleep until lunch on the weekends, and think the agenda is only necessary in kindergarten? If you want to get everything done, you need to sleep well and wake up early.
5. We can’t concentrate
Sticking to it all at once is the most ruthless killer of utility and the scourge of modern man. Our brain is the operative memory, the more tasks it performs at once, the less likely it is that at least one of them will find a successful solution.
6. We do not compile a list of tasks
A to-do list, or as it is now called, a modern to-do list. It is only necessary for the purity of conscience. The most important thing is the result. You get a unique energy from each job done, and it signals to your brain that you’re on the right track.
7. We do not share
The saying "If you want to do well - do it yourself" has taught us from a young age to fill our sheep with countless things. Assignment of responsibilities to employees, subordinates, children is a basic principle of usefulness. With its help, we can always achieve everything by doing only the most important things.
8. We do not rest
Strange as it may sound, it is precisely our refraining from resting, the diversity of our lives, and the light-heartedness of work that makes us useless. Keep a balance in life and don’t forget to restore your strength.
9. We strive for idealism
Done is better than perfect: “Finishing is better than ideal” is one of the core principles of the Facebook team. We can continue to do one thing indefinitely, but if you want to move forward, you need to know how to put a stop to it in time.
10. We don’t count our time
You’ll be amazed if you know what your time is going to be and how little you’re missing out on important things. Traffic jams, sales, the Internet and social networks are the scourges of time, they steal a large part of our lives. To look at your life from the outside, count the times you spend during the week. Then you will understand exactly what you are spending your life on.
Solution: How useful would it be to manage our time
The luckiest people value their time more than money. You start simpler - calculate what you spend your time on, and then slowly but surely set aside important things for yourself. Then your life will rise to a new level.
