ADVICE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN
1. Avoid situations that can lead to nervousness. A pregnant woman should avoid stress (quarrels, conflicts, ammunition, because severe compression can lead to miscarriage or premature birth. Get used to not paying much attention to discomfort at home or at work. Keep in mind that daytime sleepiness is very beneficial for a pregnant woman.
2. Drink enough fluids: make a habit of drinking clean, natural juices (squeeze the juice of 2 green apples or red carrots through a grater), starved tea, apricots and peppermint. To prevent toxicosis, put a worm or a bowl of warm boiled water in front of your bed in the evening for breakfast. As soon as you wake up in the morning, drink water without raising your head, sucking on worms.
3. Exercise lightly throughout the day.
4. Your diet should be rich in vitamins and proteins. Meat products, cheese, yogurt, eggs, cottage cheese, apples, pomegranates, pears, grapes from fruits are very useful and should definitely be on your table.
5. Drink 1 cup of yogurt every day for good bowel and stomach function.
6. Protect yourself from the heat (do not take a full bath, do not go to the sauna, just take a shower every night before going to bed and standing up in the morning), also protect yourself from severe cold.
7. Do not sit in humid, hot smoking areas.
8. Lie on your right side 2 times a day for an hour, this will improve bowel function and prevent constipation.
9. Empty the bladder frequently. If you fill the bladder under the pretext of something, there is a risk of uterine contractions and miscarriage.
10. Take medication only on doctor's advice. In general, it is better to take less medication during this period.
11. Avoid contact with pets (cat, dog). (They can cause toxoplasmosis, which is considered dangerous for pregnant women!).
12. Computer time should not exceed 20 hours per week!
13. Use less public transport (bus, subway, tram), preferably if you can’t afford a taxi within these 9 months, take the route buses.
14. Measure your blood pressure and weight every week.
15. Sexual intercourse during pregnancy is possible without the risk of miscarriage.
16. Be sure to go to a women’s clinic and get a medical checkup.
17. See a doctor immediately (!!!) if there is bleeding, pain in the lower back and abdomen, fever.
18. During pregnancy, the volume of blood in a woman's body doubles. If a pregnant woman drinks too much coffee, she loses fluid at the same time. As a result, the child may be born underweight.
