Vitamins and beneficial elements in lemon fruit

1) Essential oil. Lemon essential oil is light yellow or green in color and has a lemon scent. The essential oil is obtained by cold pressing the inside of the tail side of a lemon that has just begun to ripen. At the same time, 1-60 kg of raw materials are needed to obtain 70 kg of essential oil. Ripe lemons contain less essential oil than blueberries.

2) Lemon juice. Lemon juice is very useful and is rich in mineral salts, malic and citric acid, phytoncides, vitamins C, V2, as well as provitamins A and R. Nutritionists recommend lemon juice to cleanse the human body of excess harmful elements and to lose weight for those who are overweight.

3) Lemon cedar. Lemon cedar is a thin skin on top of a lemon that is greenish-yellow in color. To prepare the cedar, wash the lemon fruit several times in cold water, pour boiling water over it and rub the skin thinly with a sharp knife (as if peeling an apple). The cedar, obtained without touching the white bark under the bark, turns out to be a shiny lemon color. Lemon cedar is widely used in the preparation of various juices, salads, sauces, fish dishes and confectionery products, along with its use in medicine.

4) Lemon oil. It is well known that colds and acute respiratory diseases increase in autumn and winter. In this case, treatment with lemon oil gives good results. To prepare it, the lemon fruit is thoroughly washed in hot water, peeled and passed through a meat grinder. To the resulting mass add 100 g of softened butter and two tablespoons of pure honey. Once all is well mixed, it can be spread on bread, sandwiches or half a teaspoon 4-5 times a day. But keep in mind that such a medicinal product, which contains butter, can not be prepared in large quantities. Otherwise, its quality will deteriorate quickly.
