I got married in 2015. We divorced in 2020. There is no property acquired during the marriage. I have a Lacetti car that my dad gave me in 2016. My ex-husband is demanding a share of that car. Does he have the right to do so?

According to Article 25 of the Family Code, property acquired by a husband and wife during a marriage as a gift, inheritance or other free agreement is considered personal property of each of them. Accordingly, your spouse cannot claim a share of the car.
