In accordance with paragraph 182 of the Regulation "On the procedure for payment of subsidies to citizens for the purchase of housing or construction and reconstruction of individual housing", approved by the Cabinet of Ministers No. 36, the applicant must score 30 or more points. In the case of 'plagan, it is stated that it will be recognized as a candidate.

? State tax inspectorate - taxpayer's income;
? Center for assistance to the population's employment - on the applicant's absence from work;
? Cadastre offices - about the applicant's housing;
? District neighborhood and family support departments — Social status of the family;
? Department of the Youth Affairs Agency — that the applicant belongs to the category of young families showing a special example;
? District administration - that the applicant belongs to the category of orphans and children deprived of parental care;
? Commercial bank - examines the applicant's family loan issues.
? These organizations study the applicant's family status according to the above and other criteria, and each organization gives a score to the applicant. If the sum of your points is 30 or more, then you will be considered an applicant for the department and will be recognized as an applicant.
