As previously reported, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on September 2012, 26 No 277 approved the "Regulations on the procedure for admission of students and cadets to higher military education."
Particular noteworthy aspects of the provisions of this Charter are:
- Applicants undergo a final medical examination by a specially organized military-medical commission at a higher military educational institution before the test.
- The conclusion of a special military-medical commission is the final conclusion, and those who are considered unfit for study due to their state of health will not be admitted to the next stage of the competition.
- Tests in higher military educational institutions 10—July will be held on

- The following entrants who have passed the competition (final medical examination, mental selection, physical training test, etc.) determined by the relevant ministry or agency, to study by the decision of the State Commission WITHOUT TESTS Acceptable:

Winners of international and national science Olympiads - for compliance with the main subject of the specialty in the relevant higher military educational institutions;

Winners of the Republican contest in the nomination "Advanced Sergeant" in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the status of sergeants of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan" dated April 2004, 12 No 170;

Children of servicemen and law enforcement officers who died in the line of duty - on the recommendation of the head of the relevant ministry and department.
- The following applicants will receive benefits in the form of additional points:

Citizens who have served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the maximum number of points accumulated in the entrance examinations for admission to higher military educational institutions 27 percent in the amount of;

Sergeants who have served as a sergeant for at least 5 (five) years and have a relevant recommendation from the military unit command 20 percent in the amount of;

The highest score accumulated in the test examinations for graduates of military academic lyceums of the Republic 10 percent amount
Admission structure is carried out in 5 stages:
Phase I:
Establishment of admission commissions
Phase II:
Receipt of documents:

Ministry of Defense - Contract and conscripts until June 1 of the year of enlistment, citizens until May 1;

Ministry of Internal Affairs - January 15 to June 1 of the year of admission;

State Customs Committee - Until May 1 of the year of admission;

National Security Service - Until December 1 of the year preceding the year of admission.
Phase III:
Submission of information on the beneficiaries to the state testing center:
June 30st
Phase IV:
Conducting tests
July 10;
The only multi-score assessment exam for foreign languages other than English, German, and French
Until July 4th.
Phase V:
Order of admission of students and cadets:
