🤔 What to look for when presenting a product to a customer?
Before writing this post, we did an experiment. We announced on one of the freelance exchanges in Telegram. The reason for the announcement was that we were approached by more than 30 freelancers. Most of them have no experience at all, no portfolio, and some don’t even know how to write.
But one man stood out among them. Just like a private agency. He wrote without error, with treatment. Not to mention his portfolio. We finally handed the job over to this man.
💡 By putting ourselves in the customer’s shoes, we made sure:
• When writing to a client for the first time, write with warmth and without mistakes. Do not drop audio recordings;
• Have only quality projects in the portfolio;
• If the client has difficulty saying something, does not understand it, do not be rude if chewed;
• Explain how important your offer is to the customer.
If you follow all the clauses, the customer will hand it over to you without hesitation.
