Is it possible for an employer to terminate an employment contract with pregnant women or women with children under 3 years of age?
- According to Article 37 of the Labor Code, it is not possible to terminate an employment contract with a pregnant woman or a woman with children under 3 years of age at the initiative of the employer.
- Except for the complete liquidation of the enterprise. If the enterprise is completely liquidated, the pregnant or female employee with children under 3 years of age must be re-employed and then the employment contract terminated.
