Question; I am pregnant. My family is in turmoil and my husband wants to divorce me because of disagreements. I am against divorce. Is it right for my spouse to file a lawsuit without my consent?
Answer; According to Article 39 of the Family Code, a husband has no right to file for divorce without his wife's consent during pregnancy and for one year after the birth of a child.
❗️So, according to the above norm, your spouse does not have the right to initiate a case without your consent for a divorce for one year after the birth of the child, if it remains only during your current pregnancy.
