✔️ Families with difficult social and living conditions are excluded from the "Iron Book" in the following cases:
🟢 has employment or a permanent source of income;
🟢 with the consent of the family member when the problem is solved through one-time financial assistance;
🟢 when providing qualified medical care;
🟢 full state support (transfer to "Mercy", "Generosity" and other specialized institutions);
🟢 when other identified problems are legally resolved;
🟢 when a needy citizen living alone is imprisoned or dies;
🟢 at the request of a family member;
🟢 In case of detection of illegal entry in the "Iron Book";
🟢 When leaving for other countries for permanent residence.
🟢 When all the issues of the families included in the solution of two or more issues are fully resolved.
🟢 When moving to another part of the republic for permanent and temporary residence,
