📃According to the temporary procedure approved by the Government Resolution No. 250, in each sector of the district (city) in the mahalla "Youth Book" are included the following categories of young people who have reached the age of eighteen and not older than thirty years:
🟢 1) ➖ young people in need of social protection - incapacitated and disabled, disabled or disabled (not receiving benefits), orphans, brought up in orphanages and children's camps, pre-trial, probation, prophylactic or young people in need of social assistance under administrative control, as well as children of families included in the "Iron Book" studying in professional and higher education institutions;
🟢 2) ➖ young people in need of economic support - unemployed youth who want to start a business and craft, as well as self-employment;
🟢 3) ➖ young people in need of psychological support - young people who find it difficult to find their place in society, in need of social rehabilitation due to various problems (attempted suicide, etc.);
🟢 4) ➖ Unemployed youth - those who do not have a paid job or a job that brings wages (income), are looking for a job and are ready to enter it if offered a job, or to undergo vocational training, retraining or able-bodied young people (excluding those studying at educational institutions) who are ready to improve their skills, have applied to local labor authorities for employment assistance and are registered by these bodies as job seekers.
