Does the fetus cry?
At 21 weeks, the baby begins to cry. But the vocal cords are not yet developed, so they can't make sound.
By 30 to 35 weeks the vocal cords are fully developed. However, the water inside the fetus does not make you cry out loud.
People get to know crying long before they laugh.
