Ingredients (for 8 people):

For the cake base:

200g crumbly biscuits

-110gr butter '

For Nachinka:

-600gr Philadelphia liquid cheese (or mascarpone, cream cheese ca etc.)

-3 eggs

-150ml butter cream

-150gr powdered sugar (or plain sugar)

-1 teaspoon of vanilla essence (optional)

All ingredients should be at room temperature (let stand in the room for 1-2 hours)

Preparation:

Grind the biscuits (you can also do it in a pan) and melt the butter over a fire and stir.

Spread the mixture evenly on the mold.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160C for 10 minutes, remove and cool.

Mix the cream cheese well with the sugar until it is the same amount.

Stir in the cream first, then the egg and then the vanilla. Do not mix too much, the ingredients are mixed until the same amount appears.

Put the mixture in a mold and pour water into a container larger than the mold and put the mold so that the water reaches half of the mold (if there is a possibility of water from the mold, wrap the mold in two layers of foil paper)

Bake in a preheated oven at 160C for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Once our cake is baked, we leave the oven door open for 1 hour without taking it out of the oven. After a while, we take the cake and put it in the fridge for 4 hours (or overnight).

Then we separate the edge of the mold by running it with a knife and slowly remove our cake.

(To make the cake easier to remove, you can put parchment or foil paper under it and then salsa the biscuit)
