Zakat on mineral and underground resources

Underground treasures. the treasures buried by the disbelievers are sharia mines.
Minerals are divided into three types:
I. Fire-soluble ores.
II. Liquid ores.
III. These are minerals that do not fall into two types.
1. One-fifth of the gold, silver and iron ores to be melted in the fire should be given as zakat. This ruling is stated in the meaningful verse, "Know that your wealth is your prey." Zakat is given to the orphans, the poor and the strangers left behind.
2. When one-fifth of the minerals extracted from the ground are given, the remaining 4/5 will belong to the person who found them, if these minerals were found in unoccupied, desert-like places.
3. If the treasury has a sign indicating that it belongs to the pre-Islamic period, one-fifth of the treasury should be given.
4. If the treasure found is coins from the Islamic period, the goods found are like a ruling dictionary (that is, they are returned to the owner if they come out).
5. If it is not known to which period the money in the treasury belongs, (this money) is considered to belong to the pre-Islamic period.
6. If the ore is found on a person's property, 1/5 is given to the state and the rest to the landowner.
7. Zakat is not given for liquid minerals such as black wax and oil. Only the one who earns from it pays zakat.
8. The ruling on ores that are insoluble and non-liquid in the fire and ores (such as diamonds, pearls) is like black wax and oil, from which zakat is not paid.
9. Zakat is not given for barns, pearls and other similar things taken out of the sea. If it is issued only for commercial purposes, zakat is given separately from other commercial goods.
