Part-time (special part-time) education in higher education institutions is organized in accordance with the admission quotas approved by the relevant decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Part-time (special part-time) training is carried out in the following forms: external form, special external form, external form of second and subsequent higher education.
Admission of students to part-time (special part-time) education:
externally - General secondary (on the basis of grades 10-11), secondary special, with a relevant document of vocational education and successfully passed the test (entrance exams);
in a special external form - only at least three years of practical work experience in the field, profession, position in accordance with the secondary special, professional education and direction of education in the relevant or related field of education (for pedagogical directions) pedagogical experience), with a recommendation from the relevant ministries and agencies, successfully passed the test (entrance exams or professional interview);
in the external form of second and subsequent higher education - has a higher education (if he graduated from a foreign higher education institution, the document on higher education must be duly recognized (nostrified)) and tests (admission) exams or professional interviews) at the expense of successful applicants.

Duration of study in part-time (special part-time) education:
in absentia - at least 5 years;
in a special external form - at least 3 years;
in absentia on the basis of the second and subsequent higher education - at least 3 years. In this case, the study begins in the 2nd year of the bachelor's degree, regardless of the differences in the subjects in the curriculum.
Removal of students from part-time (special part-time) education and resumption of study Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 2017, 20 No 393 on the procedure for reinstatement and expulsion to the statute mainly done.
In accordance with the decision of the State Commission on admission to the bachelor's degree in part-time education, entrance tests conducted by the State Testing Center or entrance examinations in higher education institutions (professional (creative) exam, written exam ) on a competitive basis.
