A person with a rich vocabulary becomes a true linguist if he knows the nuances of the language, its originality, tone, and subtleties of meaning, and can feel it from the heart. Taking the first step on this path - what to do to increase vocabulary richness? We will talk about this below.
In general, the words we use are divided into three:
Active - Communication in everyday life. It includes written and oral speech.

Communicating with people from a variety of backgrounds. The most effective way to learn something is through practice. Expanding vocabulary through communication, applying and mastering new forms of speech is faster. Often we communicate with those within the ordinary people for ourselves. These are family, friends and colleagues. If you go beyond this communication, you will discover many new things for yourself. Just about vocabulary. Communicate with artists, technicians, a narrow range of professionals. Nowadays, the Internet space allows you to make new acquaintances. Visit new venues, exhibitions, shows and conferences. All this brings new acquaintances and expands the circle of communication.
Audio books. Listening to books in audio form becomes a great option to expand your vocabulary. It is said that knowledge comes to us through the ear. It is through this channel that we learn more. Listening to lectures and presentations on various topics will also be helpful.
Keep a diary.Write down your thoughts. When we record our thoughts on paper, we try to choose the right edition for it. This method helps to visualize our speech. You can then easily assess your progress through notes.
Learn one new concept a day. Just one word every day. The theme can be as desired. The most important thing is to use new words, to use them in everyday speech.
If you come across an incomprehensible word in the text, do not say that I will skip the meaning from the general content of the sentence. Open the glossary and learn the true meaning of the word. Make up sentences with this word in your mind.
Copy words from the dictionary and write them down on a piece of paper. Carry the note with you at all times. Because in your free time you can look at it, remember words, memorize.
If you want your work to be effective, don’t start memorizing too many words at once. In the beginning, 7-8 words a day is enough. It will be obvious later how many words you will be able to master.
Remember that you are the only one who can enrich your language !!!
