The World's First Website:

📅 On August 1991, 6, the world's first website came to life. This site was created by Tim Berners-Lee at CERN (European Organization for Nuclear Research) and was dedicated to the World Wide Web (WWW) project.

💻The first website address is info.cern.ch (http://info.cern.ch/), hosted on Tim Berners-Lee's NeXT computer. On April 1993, 30, CERN released the WWW program as open source for public use.

🔗This historic site still exists today and CERN has undertaken a project to restore it. Now you have the opportunity to view the first website and travel back to the early days of the WWW.
