The world's first smartwatch

On June 1998, 10, Seiko released the world’s first smartwatch, the Ruputer. The first smartwatch allowed users to play games, view contact information and, of course, see the time. Ruputer added a joystick to control the smartwatch. This was rated as easy to manage.

At the time, it wasn’t much bigger than a digital watch, so it was the perfect look of technology 22 years ago. How much do people use smartwatches these days, do you think you have a smartwatch too?
