Gallbladder problem

Many digestive problems are caused by a problem in the gallbladder.

Functions of bile:
• is an important antiseptic for intestinal flora;
• neutralizes pepsin and hydrochloric acid;
• essential for intestinal absorption of protein, carbohydrates and fats;
• Helps absorb fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K).

A gallbladder problem can be identified by the following symptoms:
1. Taste in the mouth;
2. Feeling of heaviness after a fatty meal;
3. Constant flatulence (abdominal rest)
4. Pain under the right rib.

Causes of gallbladder dysfunction: excessive consumption of sugar, fat and refined carbohydrates, lack of klechatka in the diet (fruits, vegetables, cereals, berries), drinking less fluids (water), inactivity.

Recommendations: Increase fruits and vegetables in the diet, replace fried food with steamed, steamed, boiled, drink plenty of water, walk at least 10,000 steps a day.
