The biggest tsunami

The largest tsunami in history occurred on June 1958, 9 in the Gulf of Lithuania in southeastern Alaska.

Tsunamis (Japanese: Deadly and Destructive Waves) are very long gravitational waves that occur when there is a strong underwater or coastal earthquake, sometimes as a result of volcanic eruptions or other tectonic processes that cause the seabed to rise and fall.
