The world’s largest floating Christmas tree has been created in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. With a height of 85 meters and a weight of almost 542 tons, this arch is mounted on a huge platform on Lake Lagoa. The arch is lit by 3.1 million lamps.
While it depicts the change of four seasons, it attracts a lot of locals and naturally tourists will not leave Rio de Janeiro without watching it. It is officially included in the Guinness Book of Records as the largest spruce in the water. This indicates that the New Year is celebrated in Brazil with great preparations.
