The draft resolution of the President "On the parameters of the state order of admission to higher education institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the 2020/2021 academic year" has been announced.
Ensuring quality training of highly qualified specialists in specialties in high demand in the sectors and industries of the economy of the Republic, taking into account the current and future needs of employers in the training of bachelors and masters General parameters of admission to educational institutions on the basis of the state order, including:
a) for the preparation of bachelors:
full-time education - 101 people;
to the form of distance learning - up to 25 863 people;
evening education - 4 people;
b) for the training of masters - 10 643 people.
In the 2020/2021 academic year, the State Commission on Admission to Educational Institutions will be approved.
The State Commission has the following rights:
if necessary, make changes and additions to the parameters of the state order for the introduction of new bachelor's degrees and master's specialties;
setting target admission parameters for bachelor's and master's degrees in higher education institutions to meet the needs of specialists in sectors of the economy and regions, including remote and inaccessible areas of the country;
make appropriate changes, if necessary, within the parameters of the grant places approved by the decision;
Prestige of higher education institutions (except for higher education institutions transitioning to self-financing system) on the basis of proposals of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education and ministries and departments with higher education institutions in the system and determination of single indicators of the minimum amount of payment-contract, differentiated on the basis of the base payment-contract value, taking into account the territorial location, by areas of education and regions of the republic.
As noted:
a) the parameters of admission to higher education institutions on the basis of a state grant will be gradually doubled by the 2022-2023 academic year (during the fiscal years 2020-2022) compared to the 2019-2020 academic year;
b) From the 2020/2021 academic year, a special grant in the amount of 4% of the approved state grants for full-time education for girls with a recommendation issued by the Ministry of Mahalla and Family Support of the Republic of Uzbekistan. rins are separated;
c) in the 2020/2021 academic year, the parameters of the state order for master's specialties in the field of education "130 000 - Mathematics", "140 000 - Natural Sciences" will be implemented on the basis of a full state grant;
g) In order to apply digital solutions to the process of determining the needs of personnel, starting from the 2021/2022 academic year, the needs of personnel will be fully automated through the Information System - new.mineconomy.uz/quota portal.
