Biography of Rasul Kusherboyev.

He was born on January 1987, 12 in the village of Kushyagoch, Yangiyol district, in a Kazakh family.

He graduated from the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages ​​with a major in international journalism.

He started his career in 2007 as the head of the youth department of the Tashkent regional administration of the Liberal Democratic Party.

From 2012 to 2014, he worked as the editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Yangiyul" (New Road).

Member of the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan.

Member of the lower house of the Parliament of Uzbekistan since 2014.

Until 2020, he was a member of the Innovation, Information Policy and ICT Development Committee.

From January 2020, he is a member of the Anti-Corruption and Judicial Affairs Committee of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis (until December 2022, 23).

He is an active supporter of ensuring openness, freedom of speech, independence of courts, inviolability of private property and others.

He is also a supporter of liberalization and the introduction of market mechanisms to the media activities in the country.

In recent years, he has been working in the mass media on reducing contracts for studying with students at universities, abolishing monopolies for individuals, providing affordable housing for the middle and lower classes of the population, independence of courts, etc.
