The Taj Mahal was completed in 1632 in India after 20 years. 32 million Indian rupees were spent on its construction. In 2011, experts estimated this Taj Mahal architectural monument at 1 billion dollars. Also, this historical monument was protected by UNESCO in 1983.
This monument is one of the Seven Wonders of the World and is visited by 3-5 million people every year. Experts have now recalculated the value of the monument and estimated it at 1.2 billion dollars.
