The answer is very simple: should not be avoided. One has to take the next step, then take it one step at a time, to overcome the fear of the face and learn in opposition to it. He must have been terrified, but he shouldn’t have stopped.
The rule is this. And the day will come when his first enemy will retreat. Man feels confident in himself. His aspirations are strengthened. Learning is no longer a daunting task. When that day comes, man can say without hesitation that he has defeated his eternal enemy.
Almost everyone is afraid of something. She is afraid of getting sick and dying, of losing money, of being hit or killed by someone, of being abandoned by a loved one.
Fear keeps a person in constant tension, preventing him from moving. Not only that, but thoughts about fear are constantly circulating in the brain, literally pulling at such situations. When a person is threatened, many hormones are released into his bloodstream, which accelerates the pulse, raises blood pressure, increases the contraction of the heart muscle, speeds up the metabolism, creates tension in the muscles.
If you want to get rid of fear, learn to believe. To believe in everything in this world: yourself, people, events. But first, learn to believe in your own inner strength.
