What to do to avoid overeating?

1. At the table, sit down to eat, not walk!
When you eat at the table, you don’t break your eating habit, you don’t eat much, you just focus on eating.

2. Don’t get distracted by gadgets while eating!
When we focus only on food, we feel satiated faster and more consciously than when we watch TV or play the phone.

3. Meal time should be at least 20 minutes!
The feeling of fullness in a person does not appear immediately. This takes about 15-20 minutes after a meal.

4. Eat more vegetables!
It’s all about the fiber (long-digesting dietary fiber) in vegetables, which significantly affects our satiety.

5. Drink more water!
If you feel hungry, just drink water because thirst can be perceived by our body as a desire to eat. After a glass of clean drinking water, the feeling of hunger decreases.
