Kochkor Norqobil (1968)

Kochkor Norkobil was born on March 1968, 5 in the village of Mominkul, Altynsay district, Surkhandarya region. After graduating from high school, he served in the 1986-1988 Afghan War. In 1992 he graduated from Tashkent State University, Faculty of Journalism. He began his career in the newspaper "Turkiston", and later worked in the newspapers "O'zbekiston ovozi", "Xalq so'zi" and the magazine "Saodat". He is currently the Editor-in-Chief of the newspaper "Man and the Law" under the auspices of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The work of the ram Norqobil began in the 80s of the last century. The stories "Invasion", "Complications", "Diet", "Crying behind the river" were published. The story "Crying behind the river" (1994) plays an important role in the author's work. In it, the author skillfully describes the life events that the author saw and experienced in Afghanistan. The story won the Osman Nasir Youth Organization Award.

Kochkor Norqobil was awarded the title of "Honored Journalist of Uzbekistan" in 2001.
