About the largest Uzum IT holding in Uzbekistan
Boris Dobrodeev, the former head of VK, and Jumaev, the founder of KupiKupon, organized an IT holding in Uzbekistan with the participation of Uzbek entrepreneurs. It intends to attract $300 million to the holding by the end of this year and conduct an IPO within the next three years.
Grape includes the following companies:
— Kapitalbank;
— Uzumbank;
— Uzum Market;
— Grapes Nasia.
Uzum Market alone is expected to invest $100 million by the end of the year. Today, Uzum has more than 180 distribution points across the country.
Also, in June, Uzum and Click merged to become a bigger holding. Today's market value of this holding exceeds $1 billion.
