Required products: For the dough: 500 gr. flour, 250 ml. warm water, 1 teaspoon yeast, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon salt. Meat: 500 gr. meat, 500 gr. cabbage, 1 onion, salt, pepper, spices.

Preparation: We can make extra dough. Cut the cabbage into small straws. Add salt to it, mix well and leave for 3–4 hours. Finely chop the meat and onions, add the cabbage, salt and spices and mix well. We make dough from the risen dough and spread it in a circle. We put minced meat in the middle and cut it at one end. We can increase the dough of the born pegodies a little. To do this, cover the pegodies with a towel and leave at room temperature for 20 minutes. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan until the pegodi rises, add the slightly increased pegodi in a greased pan and cook for 45 minutes. You decorate to your taste before serving.
