There are three rules in psychology that can help you become the happiest person in just a quarter of an hour.

Plan ahead for a year

Often we get so caught up in the worries of work and life that we forget that there are so many fun things to do. You need to get out of the comfort zone and that’s helpful. Take a few minutes to create a list of fun activities in advance for the next year. Make sure you have an interesting situation with you at least once a month. Then you need to make a plan to make your dreams come true. Get started right away so that the list doesn’t become a simple list.

Match your work and dreams to each other

Draw in your mind a picture of what you will be like in 1,5 or 10 years. What do you want to achieve, who do you aim to be, where do you want to work? Put it all down on paper. Compare the list with your current date. Does your current plan help you achieve your desired goal? If not, fill it out. Maybe something needs to be removed or replaced. It is recommended to do this at least 2 times a week.

Make a box of happiness

Get a nice box or container. Call it the Moment of Happiness. When something good happens, write it down on a piece of paper and put it in a box. Read the papers in the box from time to time and feel the pleasant moments once again. This will help you to be more happy and have a lighter attitude towards life.
