Day 1:
After returning from work or school, pour hot water and dissolve salt in a small bowl so that it does not bury the foot. One tablespoon of salt is enough for 1.5 liters of water. If your foot skin is thin and sensitive, you can reduce the salt a bit. You soak your feet in the salt water in the tub first for 5 minutes and then for 10 minutes. You can then rinse your feet in running water.

Day 2:
You do the same thing with a furacillin tablet. Furacillin is easy and inexpensive to find at the pharmacy. 1-2 pieces are enough for 3 liter of water. You will keep your foot in this water for a relatively long time. (10-15 min) Then, unlike salt water, you do not wash in running water, i.e. you dry in this state.

You will perform these operations alternately on a daily basis. It works best if you follow the routine. Only after starting this practice should shoes and socks be replaced with new ones.
