Meat stew

Required ingredients: 500 gr. beef, 2 onions, 1 tablespoon flour, 3 tablespoons tomato paste, salt, pepper, bay leaf and greens.
Preparation: the meat is cut in the form of a larger straw. Onions are also cut into large chunks. In a deep frying pan add oil and fry the meat over high heat. Then put onions on it and fry again over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle with bay leaf, salt, flour, mix well and continue frying. Then add tomato paste and 1-2 cups of water, close the mouth of the pan and soak for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The finished steamed meat is decorated with greens and served on the table.
