Okoroshka Preparation

Required ingredients: 1 liter of yogurt, 250 ml. carbonated water, 4 boiled eggs, 4 boiled potatoes, 2 cucumbers, 1 bell pepper, 200 gr. cooked sausage or boiled beef, a garden green onions, radishes and salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation: first add yogurt and carbonated water to the bowl and mix well. Then the eggs, potatoes and sausage are cut into cubes. Then, finely chop the cucumber, bell pepper, radish and green onion as well, all the ingredients are put in a larger bowl. Then add the prepared aqueous yogurt and add salt and pepper to taste.
