Required ingredients: 500 g of dough, 400 g of spinach, 1 egg, 100 g of hard cheese, sesame seeds, pepper and salt to taste.
Preparation: The spinach is finely chopped and put in a bowl. Then add the grated cheese, eggs, salt and pepper and mix. The dough is spread out thinly and cut into 10 cm strips. Then add the ingredients in the middle and glue the edges of the dough. The finished product is wrapped in a circle and shaped into a cake. Spread eggs on top of the dough and sprinkle with sesame seeds. The prepared ingredients are baked in a gas oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
