Stuffed with lettuce leaves

Required ingredients: 4–5 garden salad leaves, 0,5 kg of minced meat, 200 g. rice, 2 onions, 1 tomato, half a garden green onion, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation: Put the minced meat and rice in a bowl and cut the tomatoes and onions on top. Then add lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper to the ingredients and mix well.

Separate the lettuce leaves from the core, pour boiling water over them and close the lid for 1-2 minutes. Then add the minced meat to the lettuce leaves and wrap.

In a saucepan, prepare the kale and collect the stuffing. Then add enough water and cook on low heat for 35-40 minutes with the lid closed.
