Stuffed with sauce

Required products: 1 piece of cabbage, 100 gr. rice, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 250 gr. tomato paste, greens, vegetable oil, salt and spices to taste.

Preparation: The cabbage leaves are separated and soaked in hot water for 3–5 minutes. Cook the rice in a separate bowl.

Fry onion in oil in a frying pan. Then remove the carrots from the grater and simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Minced meat is prepared by adding rice greens, garlic, carrot mass and spices. Cabbage leaves are stuffed with minced meat and wrapped in an envelope. The process continues in the same order. Add the oil to the pan and collect the stuffing. Add tomato paste and simmer for 30-35 minutes. The finished stuffing is placed on a plate, decorated with greens and served. Pleasant appetite!
