At that time, in paragraph 6, paragraph 2 of this regulation, it was said that highly qualified teachers who have 15 years of continuous work experience in educational organizations will not be involved in lifelong certification. The teachers were very happy. But their joy did not last long.
Because, on August 2022, 2, according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 425, it was determined that only pedagogues who have maintained the higher qualification category for 15 years and have continuous work experience will not be involved in the next mandatory certification, not those who have 15 years of continuous work experience.
Then a problem arose here, and many began to ask questions, what will the senior teachers, who have 2022 years of service by August 2, 15, do now?
After that, the Ministry of Public Education issued a separate letter stating that according to the Law "On Normative-Legal Documents", normative-legal documents do not have retroactive effect, until August 2022, 2, 15 years of continuous work. said that it will not be applied to pedagogues who have seniority and have a higher category (in this case, the period of obtaining a higher title is not important).
❕ So the conclusion is that until August 2022, 2, high-class teachers with 15 years of work experience will not be involved in lifelong certification. If you are a senior teacher, but by August 2 of this year, your work experience has not reached 15 years, then the new rules will apply to you.
