· Eat at least six meals a day and as often as possible.

· After eating, relax for a while without any physical activity.

· Eat more pastries, fried foods and sweets that help you gain weight faster than usual, but they don't have to be a major part of your diet.

· Eat foods rich in carbohydrates, protein and fat (mainly vegetable oil).

Those who want to gain weight, first of all, should enrich their diet with high-calorie products. The amount of calories is also determined by age. For example, an 18-year-old girl needs 1760 calories a day, a 30-year-old needs 1860, and a 50-year-old woman needs 1660 calories a day. It is slightly different in men: a 20-year-old is recommended 3050 calories a day, a 40-year-old 2480, and a 55-year-old 2000 calories. These figures are for average weight people. Gradually increase the calories in your diet until you reach 3000-3500. The most calorie-rich product is pistachios, which contain about 100 calories per 500 g. However, keep in mind that pistachios consumed in large quantities can cause significant damage to the teeth.

Special diet
For breakfast, eat cheese, buttered bread, a plate of oatmeal porridge, and nuts with milk and sugary coffee. Or choose a milky porridge, sweet cocoa drink from beets salmon, sok (pshёnka) instead. At the second breakfast (10.00 noon) fruit juice with pasta and minced meat is recommended. Start your lunch with cabbage soup and finish it with a pasta, compote and dried fruit. Eat a dessert at dinner. Eat an omelet with meat and cheese for dinner and drink a glass of warm milk. Or you can eat buckwheat porridge.
