Windows 7 (also available in 8 and 10) has UTILMAN.EXE (Spetsialnye vozmojnosti) in the password prompt.

We need to replace that UTILMAN.EXE (Special Positions) with CMD.EXE (Command Line)! To do this, we need a windows 7 (8 or 10) installation disk. Give the computer a reboot and enter the installation disk! If you press SHIFT + F10 without pressing Nachat Ustanovku, CMD.EXE (Command Line) will open. We write a couple of codes there!

When you turn on the computer and click utilman.exe, Cmd.exe will open!

After entering CMD.EXE (Command Line), type NETPLWIZ.EXE and press ENTER! Then

The window will open as. We select User. and click Smenit Password!
