September 25 - World Pharmacists' Day
World Pharmacists Day is celebrated every year on September 25 to recognize the important role pharmacists play in public health. It was first established in 2009 by the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) to raise awareness of the valuable contribution pharmacists make to patient care and public health.
On World Pharmacists Day, pharmacists around the world promote their profession.
World Pharmacists Day is an opportunity to recognize and appreciate the hard work and dedication of pharmacists who work tirelessly to ensure that patients receive safe and effective medicines. It is also an opportunity for pharmacists to come together and celebrate their profession, share knowledge and experience, and advocate for better health policy and practice.
