How much are housing prices in the regions of Uzbekistan?
— The Institute of Macroeconomic and Territorial Research analyzed the proposed housing prices for the second quarter based on the data of Olx.uz - within the framework of the project II-quarter of 2023-08-01). According to it, 432 pieces of information are grouped by 893 regions and displayed on an interactive web page.
— During this period, prices were divided into 10 groups for each square meter of housing, the following prices were announced:
• Tashkent city. – $1 (251,59)
• Samarkand – $753,03 (8)
• Tashkent city. – $625,25 (7)
• Navoi – $583,55 (6)
• Namangan – $470,91 (5)
• Jaguar – $464,21 (5)
• Surkhandarya – $455,77 (5)
• Bukhara – $454,60 (5)
• Fergana – $444,84 (5)
• Kashkadarya – $443,78 (5)
• Syrdarya – $436,73 (5)
• Khorezm – $393,03 (4)
