Shukur Burhanov was born on September 1910, 15 in the city of Tashkent.

At the age of 17, Shukur Burhanov began working at the current Uzbek National Academic Theater.
During his career in the theater, Shukur Burhanov has participated in more than fifty performances. Among them, he won the love and admiration of the audience with such images as "Shah Edip", "Mirzo Ulugbek", "Hamlet" and "Sulaymon ota".
During his career, the actor has appeared in more than 20 films, including several unique roles, such as "Black Brave", "Kalin Shah" and "Yusuf Naked".
